Can i change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible. you must request any changes/cancellation within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

How long will it take to receive my order?

How do i return an item?
Ensure the item is eligible for return. check the return window, typically 30 days from the purchase date. Confirm any conditions such as items needing to be in their original packaging and unworn

How do i package the item for return?
Pack the item securely in its original package, including any accessories, tags, documentation. affix the return label to the package.

How do i track my return package?
Use the tracking number provided to monitor the return shipment. once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are typically processed within 10-15 business days after we receive your return
